Full Journal pdf2000-04-25 House Journal Page 3511 HB 272 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3482) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 272 "An Act relating to the tax assessment by a home rule or general law municipality of housing that qualifies for the low-income housing credit under the Internal Revenue Code; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 272(RLS) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 272, thus adopting SCS HB 272(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 272?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 272(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
